Encompass Counseling's goal is to help individuals, families and couples heal, find balance and gain relief from stressors in life. I am a trauma informed therapist that has a client-centered approach to therapy. I believe in a holistic, nonjudgmental approach to mental health and the therapeutic relationship.
Therapy is about exploring and nurturing your full potential. Its about accepting and appreciating the positive qualities you already possess. Therapy is not about changing who you are. It is about adding, strengthening and growing what you already have.

My Background
I have had the honor and privilege to work as a mental health provider for 12 years. I graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I have a history and passion for helping clients heal and cope with trauma, grief and loss, addiction, anxiety, depression, life transitions, anger and bipolar disorders. I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).
